Hijama is a relatively painless treatment, although some slight discomfort may be possible. Our treatments are carried out by professionally trained practitioners, All of our treatments are safe and we strive to make you as comfortable as possible إن شاء الله.
We also offer 1:1 courses for brothers trained by our Advanced Hijama practitioner Jameal.

No! Hijama therapy does not leave scarring. Your skin will have a slight graze/scab within the first few days, and you may have some skin discolouration (looks like bruising), but your skin should be healed over within 7-10 days. However, it is important to remember that each persons body heals at different rates and some may take longer than others.
-
Hijama is the process of using vacuum suction cups to create negative pressure on the skin, then lightly scratching the epidermis layer of the skin to draw out toxins from the stagnant blood in the body.

Hijama is the practice of our beloved Prophetﷺ. He Recommended Cupping to us and said "Cupping (Hijama) on an empty stomach is best. In it is a cure and a blessing. It improves the intellect and memory." - Reported by Ibn Umar (Sudan Ibn Majah 3487)
Anas Ibn Malik reported that the Prophetﷺ said, "Indeed the best of remedies you have is cupping (Hijama)." (Sunan Ibn Majah 3476)
-
The Prophetﷺ said “if anyone has himself cupped on the 17th, 19th, 21th it will be a remedy for every disease” (Sunan Abi Dawud 3861)
